Policies

1. I do not offer refunds. Once you order Pods, you get pods.

2. Orders placed before 12pm on Sundays will ship that Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive tracking information once it ships.

3. I provide LAG on any shipment as long as I have the stock available. You have to contact me within 1hr of delivery with a video of the unboxing. No video=No replacements. You cover shipping always. Even on the replacements. If freebies arrive doa they are that freebies so they are not eligible for replacements. 

4. Please choose the shipping method you want. If you want it to go to a hub or store please email me isorarepods@gmail.com and provide that information.If it is not provided within 7 days the order will be canceled.

5. All pods sold are Captive Bred. I do not sell WC pods.

6. The add on shipping option that is free is for add ons only. If you place an order and want to add onto it by the end of the week you can do so without spending more money on shipping.

7. I do not refund shipping charges for a box not arriving on time. That is not my responsibility once it leaves my hands! That is up to the carrier and if you have any issues with that then you will need to take it up with them. I loose money on every box that I send.
