Refund policy

No returns accepted. No refunds. 

Once pods are ordered, you will receive isopods. In extreme temps (below 40 and above 80), I need to be notified within 30 min of delivery that you have received and brought the box inside. Then you will have a 2 hr window to notify me if there are any DOA’s. I will require either photos or a video as proof for replacements. You cover the shipping for replacements under LAG.

Free isopods are not LAG eligible. They aren’t a pod that was paid for. I will not replace doa pods that are free. If you order a 6 count and I send 8 but 2 die, you still have the 6 count you paid for so none will be replaced.

 

Shipping charges are non refundable. If the box doesn’t make it on the day that was provided, I cannot control that. If you have doas they will be replaced under the LAG policy as stated above.
