These enjoy a wet environment. I actually put a heat pad on low under these and Jupiters. This gives them the super high humidity that they seem to love. The heat pad also dries out an area above it which I saturate every few days but the pods seem to go back and forth into that area and the wet. 

As soon as I put a heat pad under them they exploded in numbers. They also seem to enjoy pieces of cork that they can crawl into to get away from the high humidity when they want to
