6 count young
This line is completely unrelated to any of the lines here rn. Its best to start with younger/juvie pods in any case so that they have time to acclimate and then have babies. I send younger but very close to juvie aged.
I keep these in 2 15qts the same way. On opposite corners I put a pile of wood rott chunks and then I lay a piece of bark from both those corners across. That way the bark is suspended over the soil. I also add lichen sticks which I get from forest floora on etsy by the box. I also use her shredded wood and wood chunks. They have been some of the best ive come across.
I water around the outter edges of the bin and leave the inner area alone. It will get damp on ots own with time but I have found that these jupiters hate getting or feeling wet.
Kudzu leaves are a staple in their diet and the babies hang out on them. It keeps their colors bright. Along with the lichen sticks i rarely need to feed them supplimental outside of new lichen sticks. I do give them a very small moss area in one corner and a half coconut in the other and they enjoy hanging out under neath them.
