I believe these have a similar lifespan of pink dragons which seem to be short. These are a fast growing millipede. They like high humidity. I'd recommend once yours have young to move some young to a new setup as they do deplete the soil in the under layers pretty rapidly.
They seem to love fruit, wood and flake soil. These will have a nice black in but not the edging color yet so I cannot guarantee which color you'll get.
