These I keep like isopods. I keep them on reptisoil though as it seems to work best for them. 2" worth. Then I add a chunky layer ontop of about an inch. Chunky wood. These like lots of spagnum moss on either end and then a few pieces of bark that have a bunch of crevices they can get into. I do not add ventilation to the bins. Depending on where you are and if your humidity is high or not you can add a vent. But they like high humidity.
My bug room stays around 70⁰. These require slime mold to live longterm and to breed. If you do not have slime mold going do not order them. Physarum Polycephalum sclerotia can be found through liquid fungi. Id order multiple 2 packs so you have backups incase the slime crashes.
I do have some live slime that I can offer but it is imperative that you have slime going first because if a live culture dies you would have no backup.
